Use of the Recreation building is subject to the conditions and provisions outlined

 below. Application may be made in person at the Greis Park  Recreation Office.

1. No change is allowed to be made by permittee in the schedule stated herein without permission from the Lynbrook Recreation Commission.

2. The maximum amount of people allowed in building is one-hundred and fifty.

3. The Lynbrook Recreation Commission must be notified of any intention to abandon the facility assigned in this permit.

4. There shall not be any solicitation of funds in any manner, before, during, or after the permitted activity.

5. Nothing shall be sold, or shall be offered for sale on the park premises.

6. Absolutely NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are allowed on the premises.

7. The permittee will be held responsible for the behavior and control of children.

8. The permittee shall be liable for the cost of repair or replacement for any loss or damage to the facility or equipment.

9. It is the responsibility of the Permittee to leave the facility in the same condition it was in upon arrival.

10. This permit is issued and accepted with the express understanding and condition that all rules and regulations of the Lynbrook Recreation Commission will be strictly observed, and upon failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations, or any of the conditions of this permit will be immediately revoked.
