Lynbrook Mayor Brian Curran was one of more than 100 runners to brave heavy rain and compete in South Nassau Communities Hospital 5K Walk/Run for Breast Cancer Research.  While Mayor Curran did not win the race, the rain could not stop him from finishing first among Lynbrook residents who completed the race.  Prior to the start of the race,
