EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY THE VILLAGE HALL WILL NO LONGER BE PROCESSING PASSPORTS. IN THE NEAR FUTURE THE LYNBROOK LIBRARY WILL BE TAKING OVER PASSPORT PROCESSING. 

 

MANY POST OFFICES WILL PROCESS PASSPORTS, BY APPOINTMENT.  YOU MAY USE THE APPLICATION BELOW AND USE THE INFORMATION PROVIDED AS A GUIDE.  SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS HAS CAUSED.

Passports

Requirements for passport:

• 2 passport photo's

• Original Birth Certificate

• Marriage License (State) (if name is different from birth certificate)

• Driver's License

• For Children under 14, both parents need to be present or one must fill out a consent form

The fee's are as follows for the U.S. Department of State:

 

Passport Book

Under Age 16     - Execution Fee $25.00    Passport Fee - $80.00
Age 16 & Over    - Execution Fee $25.00    Passport Fee - $110.00

Passport Card

Under Age 16    - Execution Fee - $25.00    Passport Fee - $15.00
Age 16 & Over   - Execution Fee - $25.00    Passport Fee - $30.00

Passport Book & Passport Card

Under Age 16    - Execution Fee - $25.00    Passport Fee - $95.00
Age 16 & Over   - Execution Fee - $25.00    Passport Fee - $140.00

 

Regular processing time is approx. 4-6 weeks
To expedite it is $60.00 (within 2 weeks)
 

You can get an application at Lynbrook Village Hall during regular business hours or click the link below and print a copy. Bring that copy to Village Hall for processing.
