NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS will hold a

Public Hearing on  July 31,  2008 at the Village Hall, One Columbus Drive, Lynbrook,

New York, at 7:30 P.M. to hear the following cases:

                        Wishes to convert to business/warehouse at 15 Langdon Place, Lynbrook

                        which is located in a Commercial District and violates:

                        Chapter 252, Section 252-52 Off street parking must be provided on the same lot

                        with the building with no parking or parking spaces in the rear yard, side yard or

                        front yard setback areas, except as otherwise provided in this Code.

                        All interested parties should appear at the Public Hearing and may view case    

                        file at the Building Department on Monday through Friday, between the

                        hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM
